1. Can I return a product and get a refund?

In cases where products are purchased through PayPal, you can request a refund. If you bought an item with Cash on Delivery, contact the seller for any refunds.

2. Can I become a Buying/Selling person? If yes, how can I manage my posted and bought auction?

Yes, we have "My Auctions" and Buying and Winning pages to support buyers and sellers to manage their auctions.

3. When my posted item was sold, must I pay a commission fee?

Yes, commission fee will be charged whenever a buyer buys your product.

4. When I win an auction, do I pay for the product and any taxes?

Yes, you will have to pay the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

5. What happens when my posted item reaches the end of the auction time with no bids?

Auction will be cancelled and the seller will be notified by email.

6. How can I know when my posted auction is running?

When your auction reaches start time, the system will send an email to you.

7. Are there any fees to list items on the auction?

Yes, there is a listing fee of only $1 for regular listings.  Featured listing cost only $6.  There is no commission fees for any sells.

8. Can Non-Members of the website see auction items?

Yes, the auction is open to be viewed by anyone.  This will give your item the greatest visability for a faster sell.
